La Sportiva Legends Only

Adam Ondra, CZE
Dmitry Sharafutdinov, RUS
Jakob Schubert, AUT
Sean McColl, CAN

Tomorrow, I fly to Stockholm to participate in a competition a little different from other ...
In fact, since I won the last edition of Tierra Boulder Battle last spring, I was invited to this event.
I'll be the only "non-star of the team La Sportiva" and I'll try to give my best against the big stars that are:
Adam Ondra, CZE
Dmitry Sharafutdinov, RUS
Jakob Schubert, AUT
Sean McColl, CAN

on the schedule, two hours of work on the problems setted by Shauna Coxsey (GBR) on Friday night, then place great show on Saturday night.
So all of you must see the Saturday night show, you can find a live stream here. Or on the Swedish TV ...

English presentation :

International invitational bouldering competition with the very best in the world:
Adam Ondra, CZE
Dmitry Sharafutdinov, RUS
Jakob Schubert, AUT
Sean McColl, CAN
Guillaume Glairon Mondet, FRA

Chief route setter:
Shauna Coxsey, GBR

This competition is unlike any other. This is where we crown the world's best redpoint boulderer. The best on rock vs the best on plastic.
The big difference compared to other competitions is that the athletes get to work on the problems for two hours prior to the actual comp. During this time, the route setters have a chance to, in close cooperation with the climbers, make adjustments to the problems in order to make them as perfect as possible in terms of style and level of difficulty.
This means the problems are HARD, between 8A and 8B, compared to 7A to 7C+ for a World Cup comp.
